DAY 13-- ON THE ROAD TO WASHINGTON

This was a long driving day with nothing to see or do except for a Walmart stop. The scenery went from tall rocky mountains in central and northern Utah to potato fields in Idaho where we stayed the night.

Sorry no potato field pictures.

The kitties were very happy to stop for dinner. Finnegan and Nicholas are getting along so well on this trip. Below, Finnegan is the thin one, Nicolas the 18 pounder. Even though they look alike and are only a week apart in age, they couldn't be more different in personality. Finny is the baby and spent a good portion of the ride cuddled up like a baby in my arms. He loves to knead my left elbow whenever he gets the chance. He is the fraidy cat and lets Nicholas intimidate him at home. He's afraid of plastic bags, vacuum cleaners, or anything that is big and makes noise. Nicky like to ride in David's lap or mine while traveling. On this trip they are pretty good friends sleeping together along with Bentley on our bed at night. That doesn't leave much room for us since we only have a queen size bed in the MH. They have all been so good this trip.
  On to Benton City, WA.
